PROJECT OF THE LEADING FIGURE OF ACCOUNTING PROFESSION
This is a project run by Ministry of Finance to implement the talent strategy in China and to meet the demands of developments of a market economy and accounting profession. It also aims to cultivate accounting talents who are experts in accounting practice and management and knows the international practice well. This project enables them to play an active and important role in strengthening accounting profession and implementing accounting policy. XNAI has been partly responsible for the operation of this project.
ON-JOB TRAINING FOR CHIEF ACCOUNTANTS OF THE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES
This project is for chief accountants and authorized by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Its main training targets are the chief accountants of state-owned enterprises and other accounting and auditing professionals. This project enables them to promote the occupational ethics standard , improve the practice ability and strengthen the awareness of risk prevention. This is an important project of XNAI and has such characteristics as intensive training with high teaching quality and great social influence .
CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR SENIOR ACCOUNTANTS
This is a project for senior accountants and dedicated to improve the professional skills of senior accountants and to cultivate accounting talents with international perspective and strategic thinking. The participants are the senior accountants mainly from governmental departments, enterprises and financial agencies.
CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR CPA
This training program is run by XNAI to offer the continuing training for CPA and to cultivate the CPA talents with international prospective who are experts in practice and management. XNAI cooperates with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds sessions of high-level trainings every year. At the same time XNAI also maintains a long-term friendly and cooperative relation with several famous accounting firms such as Deloitte, PWC and KPMG.
